Directions to Teachers who may have computer questions:  

• When listing "Voice Part": Click on the cell and use drop-down lists ONLY.  DO NOT type in this field.

• If a student wants to audition for two different voice parts, enter his/her information twice. (Fee is $10 per entry.)

1. Click "File" then "Save as"

2. If you get a pop-up asking for user name & password, click cancel.  You should be able to finish the "saving process."  I am not requesting any of this information from you.

3. Decide whether you want to put the form into "My Documents" or onto the "Desktop" and select. You DO NOT need to change the "File Name" or "Save as type." Click "Save."

"How to" for St. Tammany teachers:

1. Get into your email and start a new email to Sharon.

2. Please put "honor choir registration" in the subject field.

3. Attach the "file" (form you just completed).

4. Having trouble finding the file.....

• Click "Attach" (the paperclip)

• Click on the address bar's arrow & scroll down to and click on: C$ on 'Client' (V:)

• You'll either click on your "user name" or "Documents and Settings" (depends on how IT set up your computer).  Continue doing this until you finally get to your computer's files. (At some point you may have to click on "User" or "User Documents.")

• Scroll down until you find your file & click on it. Then click "Insert."

• You should be back on your email. Finish & click send!

5. If you're still having trouble, check with another teacher.

The other parishes' email systems may be similar. If you have trouble, check with another teacher at your school.

• Fees are $10.00 per entry. School check should be made out to District IX Vocal Account.
